Causes & Pathology

Common Causes

Pathological Mechanism

This is one of the five patterns of the Blood level, the fourth and last level of the Four Levels theory. This means this is a very serious pattern where an External Pathogen has penetrated deeply within the body.

At this level, the Heat had reached the Blood and is agitating it, much like heat makes water boil. This makes the Blood go out of the vessels, which is visible via various bleeding symptoms.

Heat in the Blood also disturbs the Mind since the Heart governs Blood and houses the Mind at the same time. This gives rise to symptoms such as mental restlessness and manic behavior.

Treatment Approach

Treatment Principle

Clear Blood Heat, stop bleeding.
