4. RETURN POLICY

4.4 Return Process

- Product(s) to be returned

- Photos (if damaged or incorrect items)
Step 2 - Authorization: We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3 - Shipping: Package items securely and ship to provided address using trackable shipping method.
Step 4 - Processing: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Refund Processing
Approved Returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.
Refund Amount:
- Me and Qi Products: Full product cost (shipping charges excluded unless return is due to our error)
