What do I get billed for?

No funny business at Me & Qi, we simply bill you for the costs detailed to you during the checkout process. We do not automatically enroll you into a subscription program or charge you hidden fees: you pay for the products you order and that's it.

When you checkout you're given ample opportunity to review the costs associated with your order (typically the prices for the products you order and your shipping fee) and we charge you for those costs only after you confirm your order.

How do special offers work?

We may, from time to time, offer deals or special offers to our customers. For instance when you look at one of our products, you may see that it is discounted by a certain percentage value. There is nothing more to it, really, what you see is what you get: if you see that a product is discounted said discount will be reflected during the checkout process.

You may not however combine several deals or special offers. For instance if you add a product to your cart that was offered at a 25% discount but subsequently decide to benefit from a "Buy any 2 products, get the 3rd one free" offer that involves the same product, then the original 25% discount will automatically get removed at checkout since you chose to get a free product instead. Again, you will be notified of this during checkout and you will be given ample opportunity to review the costs associated with your order before committing to your it.

How long do I have to cancel or return an order?

You have 30 days to return a product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Your products need to have the receipt or any other proof of purchase. Before sending us a return, please contact us so we know to expect it and we can give you instructions on where to send the return.

If you wish to cancel an order before we've shipped it to you, it's even easier: simply contact us as soon as possible so we know not to ship your order.

How do I get refunded for a cancelled order?

If you cancelled your order before we shipped it to you, we refund you immediately for the full cost associated with your order, shipping fee included.

If your cancelled order involves products you returned to us, once we receive your items we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund for what you paid for the products.

In any case, we will refund you on the method of payment you used to purchase it from us. You will receive the credit within a few days depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.

What do I do if I receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods?

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods can always happen and it's not our style to let our customers bear the responsibility for our mistakes. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect products from us, we will pay for everything: the shipping of the affected goods back to us and the shipping of correct goods back to you.
