Recommended Dosage

Recommended dosage: The generally recommended dosage is 2-4.5g (0.07-0.16 oz.), taken 2-3 times per day, totaling 4-13.5g (0.14-0.48 oz.) per day. New users can start with the lower dosage to avoid any potential side effects and gradually increase the dosage. A 100g (3.5 oz.) granule bottle can last about 8 to 25 days. A 1kg (2.2 LBS) can last about 80 to 250 days.

It is advised to follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage may vary based on your condition and response to treatment.

Concentrated granule (Ratio 5 to 1): 100g (3.5oz) of the granule is equivalent to 500g (17.5 oz.) in its original bulk raw form.

Instructions for safe storage and consumption

Dissolve the granules in hot water and drink it like a normal herbal tea. A small measuring spoon is provided with the bottle, and each level spoonful contains about 1.5g (0.05 oz.) of granules, which is equivalent to about 1/2 teaspoon.


For storage, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep tightly sealed in original container. Recommended storage temperature: 15-25°C (59-77°F).

This modern formula is for TCM patterns such as Blood Deficiency caused by Spleen and Kidney weakness or by chemo or radiation therapy manifested with pale skin, fatigue, dizziness, and loss of appetite.
