Recommended dosage
Maintenance Serving: Take 1/4 - 1/2 tsp (1.25ml - 2.5ml), 2-3 times daily.
Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. (5ml), 2-3 times daily.
It is also advised to follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage may vary based on your condition and response to treatment.
1 tsp equals about 5ml. Each 1 ml contains extractives from 1g of raw ingredients.
Each 1 oz. fluid extract lasts about 2-12 days, depending on usage. New users can start with the lower dosage to avoid any potential side effects and gradually increase the dosage.
Recommended use
Shake the bottle well before each use. Dissolve the fluid extract in warm water or juice, or take it directly by mouth.

Akebia stem • Mu Tong (7%)
Bamboo leaf • Dan Zhu Ye (7%)
Licorice root tips • Gan Cao Shao (7%)
