As with any Chinese herbal remedy, it is advisable to seek guidance from a qualified TCM practitioner before beginning treatment.
The generally recommended dosage is 2-4.5g (0.07-0.16 oz.), taken 2-3 times per day, totaling 4-13.5g (0.14-0.48 oz.) per day. New users can start with the lower dosage to avoid any potential side effects and gradually increase the dosage. A 100g (3.5 oz.) granule bottle can last about 8 to 25 days. A 1kg (2.2 LBS) can last about 80 to 250 days.
It is advised to follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage may vary based on your condition and response to treatment.
Concentrated granule (Ratio 5 to 1):
100g (3.5oz) of the granule is equivalent to 500g (17.5 oz.) in its original bulk raw form.
A small measuring spoon is provided with the bottle, and each level spoonful contains about 1.5g (0.05 oz.) of granules, which is equivalent to about 1/2 teaspoon.
